STEGREIF.orchester is looking for three Belgians who are willing to be interviewed by a musician from the STEGREIF.orchester.
On Sunday March 14, musicians from Berlin’s hip STEGREIF.orchester will play a unique digital concert for Klarafestival, streamed from the GRETCHEN nightclub in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district. What’s the aim of this concert? To overcome feelings of isolation, to gather stories and to demonstrate that Europe is still bursting with vitality. Interviews with people from different European member states about their experiences of the past year form the basis for new compositions/improvisations, finally culminating in an unusual version of Beethoven’s Ode to Joy.
In order to make this unique concert happen, we are looking for three Belgians who are willing to be interviewed by a musician from the STEGREIF.orchester. Would you like your story to be part of the Listening to the Change event? If so, send in the form below by Thursday February 25!
An impartial person will select three people from the submissions. They will be contacted on Friday February 26 to arrange an appointment with an instrumentalist from the STEGREIF.orchester. The interview will be held via Zoom, in English.
